Customer information is used to respond to Customer, regarding the reason Customer made contact. Such information will not be shared with any third party outside of the AdminEstate, LLC
organization or its 3rd party vendors, and then only as necessary to fulfill Customer requests, e.g. to ship an order.
Customer Access To and Control Over Information
Customer may opt out of any future communication from from Provider at any time. Customer can do the following at any time by contacting Provider via the email address or phone number given on the Site:
See what data Provider has about Customer, if any.
Change/correct any data Provider has about Customer.
Have Provider delete any data Provider has about Customer.
Express any concern user may have about Providers use of Customer data.
Provider takes precautions to protect Customer information. When Customer submits sensitive information via the Site, Customer information is protected both online and offline the best possible.
Wherever Provider collects sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to Provider in a secure way via a 3rd party. Customer can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of Customer’s web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While Provider uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, Provider also protects information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which Provider stores personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
In order to use this Site, a Customer must first complete the registration form. During registration a Customer is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact Customer about the products/services on the site in which Customer has expressed interest. At Customer’s option, Customer may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about Customer , but it is not required.
Provider requests information from Customer on order forms. To buy from Provider, Customer must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill orders. If Provider has trouble processing an order, Provider will use Customer information to make contact.
Provider uses "cookies" on the Site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a Site visitor's hard drive to help us improve user access to the site and identify repeat visitors to the Site. For instance, when Provider uses a cookie to identify Customer , Customer would not have to login a password more than once, thereby saving time while on the Site. Cookies can also enable Provider to track and target the interests of Customers to enhance the experience on the Site. Usage of a cookie is not linked to any personally identifiable information on the Site.
